TURNKEY means Carefree!

All of our homes are completely turnkey.  All utilities are included; heat (max 72), electric, water, sewer,, and secured wireless internet.  Our homes are decorated, furnished and outfitted like a home, for your convenience and comfort for your extended stay.  You will walk into a freshly made bed and fluffy towels.  All of our furnished homes and apartments are non-smoking and pet free.  Sorry, no exceptions.

The kitchens feature dishwashers, coffee makers, toaster ovens and have everything that you need to cook and serve. You will find fresh linens on your bed that has been made for your arrival and towels in the bathroom.
*Please note the River Apartment does not have a full kitchen.  It does have a kitchenette that includes:  full size refrigerator/freezer,  microwave and Keurig coffee maker.

Weekly or Bi-weekly housekeeping can be coordinated for an additional charge.  However, you will find all the basics to take care of your cleaning, (including starter cleaning products) should you choose.
