Welcome! Here is all the information to make your arrival seamless and your stay outstanding. This may seem like a lot of information, but please take a few minutes to read this page in it's entirety. After that we are available by phone only -Donna & Peter KEYLESS ENTRY Just enter your XXXX code and it will unlock, when you leave just press the lock button. The keyless entry code is personalized for every guest and will be provided to you prior to arrival, at check in time. |
DIRECTIONS: Look for the light post and horseshoe drive way. If you are coming from 93, then you will be on Front St. When you pass Intervale Country Club on your left, we are just 5 houses after that on the left.

CHECK OUT: 11 am or before.
Please let me know your approximate arrival time 24 hours prior to arrival. Please be prepared to depart the home by 11:00 am or earlier.
We can sometimes make arrangements for early check-ins and late checkouts however, this additional service will incur a $35 convenience fee. Arrangements must be made in advance. Same day requests for late check-outs cannot be accommodated, as the housekeeper arrives promptly at 11:00 am.

Please move your car timely for snow removal, so that he can do a good job. And you are responsible to shovel your walkway.
Place regular trash (bagged & tied) in green can. Recyclables loose in blue can (not bagged)
All we ask is that you treat our home with respect, and leave it as you find it. Trash should be removed, dishes should be clean and placed back in proper places. The fridge should be left empty, except anything unopened, condiments can be left. Any food left behind that is unopened, will be appreciated by the housekeeper or donated locally.
