This home is on the lower level and features a kitchenette (with 2 burner induction cooktop) with island seating, living room, bedroom and bathroom in Eastman. The upper unit, the Red Oak is also rented. Both completely separate.

Important Notes:
- 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is required at this home.
- We are professionally plowed. Guest is responsible to shovel stairs to the lower unit.
- Guest is responsible to add a bag of pellets to the pellet stove about once a day, based on outdoor temperatures. Guest is responsible to clean out ashes and clean ash bin every 3-4 days, takes 5 minutes.
