This home features an open concept with full kitchen with island seating, living room, bedroom and bathroom in Eastman.  This open concept post and beam home with vaulted ceilings also has a screened porch and deck.  

All the comforts are provided here - 50 inch smart TV, complimentary wireless internet access, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), spacious living room.  Bedroom features memory foam mattress and linens.  Enjoy serene views of the surrounding wooded landscape from the deck with propane barbecue or the screened in porch seasonally with propane fire-pit.  25 minutes to DHMC, Lebanon.

Important Notes:
1.  If you rent this home as a one bedroom, one bathroom, the second bedroom and second bathroom on the lower level is not available for use. and locked.
2.  On the lower level the only amenity that is available for use is the washer and dryer.
3.  A wood stove is pictured on the upper floor living room, it is not available for guest use and is locked out.
4.  4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is required at this home.  
5.  We are  professionally plowed.  Guest is responsible to shovel entry way and path to propane tank.
6.  The lower level heat is left on 50 degrees and guest is responsible to add a bag of pellets to the pellet stove approximately every few days, based on outdoor temperatures.  Guest is responsible to clean out ashes and clean ash bin once per week, takes 5 minutes.
