Welcome! Here is all the information to make your arrival seamless and your stay outstanding. This may seem like a lot of information, but please take a few minutes to read this page in it's entirety.
Go in the door that says "15", go straight, condo is on the first floor, on the left - 1501

DIRECTIONS: When you pull into Oakbrook, take your first left, it will dead end, take a right, dead end again, take a right and then another right. Building 15, first floor, 1501.
My Contact Information:We are always a phone call, text or email away until 9:00 pm at 603.303.2553. After that we are available by phone only at 603-679-5318. We answer this phone 24/7, as it is our emergency number for another business we own.

Check-In 4:00 pm or after. Check-out 11 am or before.
Please let me know your approximate arrival time 24 hours prior to arrival. Please be prepared to depart the apartment by11:00 am or earlier.
We can sometimes make arrangements for early check-ins and late checkouts however, this additional service will incur a $25 convenience fee. Arrangements must be made in advance. Same day requests for late check-outs cannot be accommodated, as the housekeeper arrives promptly at 11:00 am.

This lock box is located in carport #177, toward the back of the carport on the left wall. Code is given on arrival day. |

For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors to my home at any time, without prior consent.
Please remove your shoes while in the home. Heat is on a hand turn knob under the baseboard in the living room.
Dumpster is to the left of the carport. Recyclable Dumpster is by the clubhouse/office.
If you go out the door from the kitchen, laundry is located just across the hall. Laundry can be started at 7 AM and last load out of dryer needs to be out by 10 PM. Please clean up after yourself and empty lint trap. Be careful not to lock yourself out of unit when doing laundry.
You may “move in and out” through the slider. Condo rules to prohibit general entering and exiting through the slider, please use the entry door.
All we ask is that you treat our home with respect, and leave it as you find it. Trash should be removed, dishes should be clean and placed back in proper places. The fridge should be left empty, except anything unopened. Any food left behind that is unopened, will be appreciated by the housekeeper or donated locally.
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no drugs.
No candles or space heaters, due to fire danger.
Any violation of the house rules may result in the immediate termination of the booking agreement. In these instances, all fees will be forfeited and, where appropriate, deductions from the security deposit may be made.
