Welcome! Here is all the information to make your arrival seamless and your stay outstanding. This may seem like a lot of information, but please take a few minutes to read this page in it's entirety.

DIRECTIONS: Our home is located on a corner lot. When you pass Montgomery St., we are one block on the left. As you arrive at the address, go past the house and take the immediate left onto the small side street and then another immediate left into our parking lot. This is private parking for our two apartments. Park on the right, in front of the green door.My Contact Information:We are always a phone call, text or email away until 9:00 pm at 603.303.2553. After that we are available by phone only at 603-679-5318. We answer this phone 24/7, as it is our emergency number for another business we own.

Lock Box
Slide down the black plastic window and the code for your stay is xxxx, then push down on the lever on the left, the box will spring open towards you, there are two keys inside. Take 1 or 2 if needed and return them at the end of your stay. The lock box code is personalized for every guest. See below for code.

CHECK-OUT: 11 am or before.
Please let me know your approximate arrival time 24 hours prior to arrival. Please be prepared to depart the apartment by 11:00 am or earlier.
We can sometimes make arrangements for early check-ins and late checkouts however, this additional service will incur a $25 convenience fee. Arrangements must be made in advance. Same day requests for late check-outs cannot be accommodated, as the housekeeper arrives promptly at 11:00 am.

Please remember that the downstairs tenant is responsible to shovel the stairs/walkway. Please move your car timely for the plow truck for snow removal, so that he can do a good job.
Place regular trash (bagged & tied) in green can. Recyclables loose in blue can (not bagged)
All we ask is that you treat our home with respect, and leave it as you find it. Trash should be removed, dishes should be clean and placed back in proper places. The fridge should be left empty, except anything unopened, and you can leave behind unwanted condiments. Any food left behind that is unopened, will be appreciated by the housekeeper or donated locally.
