When you arrive at the house, you take the immediate left onto the side street and then another immediate left into our parking lot. This is private parking for our two apartments. Park on the left side of the driveway. When you park you need to walk along the short path to the Bremer Street entrance (2 mailboxes). After you enter the first door go directly up the stairs to your entrance. My Contact Information:We are always a phone call, text or email away until 9:00 pm at 603.303.2553. After that we are available by phone only at 603-679-5318. We answer this phone 24/7, as it is our emergency number for another business we own. - Donna & Peter |

CHECK-IN: 4:00 pm or after.
CHECK-OUT: 11 am or before.
Please let me know your approximate arrival time 24 hours prior to arrival. Please be prepared to depart the apartment by11:00 am or earlier.
We can sometimes make arrangements for early check-ins and late checkouts however, this additional service will incur a $25 convenience fee. Arrangements must be made in advance. Same day requests for late check-outs cannot be accommodated, as the housekeeper arrives promptly at 11:00 am.

Place regular trash (bagged & tied) in green can. Recyclables loose in blue can (not bagged).
All we ask is that you treat our home with respect, and leave it as you find it. Trash should be removed, dishes should be clean and placed back in proper places. The fridge should be left empty, except anything unopened, you can leave condiments. Any food left behind that is unopened, will be appreciated by the housekeeper or donated locally.
